     The MT-REV-SD RACER 96 rev-limiter is designed for 1996 Sea•Doo watercraft with 785cc R.A.V.E. engines only. Based on our popular MT-REV-SD RAVE 96 rev-limiter, this unit features higher RPM limits and the OEM # 5 Racing timing curve for maximum power. It also has the 8 initial timing adjustments for increasing your timing advance for racing. The unit installs easily inside the stock electrical box without cutting any wires or the need for special tools. This is a "must have" item for the competitive racer!

     The MT-REV-SD 97-98 rev-limiter is designed for 1997-1998 Sea•Doo watercraft with 785-951cc R.A.V.E. engines only. The unit installs easily with common cutting and crimping tools. In addition to higher RPM limits, the unit has 4 different rates of ignition retard. The unit starts retarding ignition timing at 7,000 RPM. Retarding the ignition at 7,000 RPM and higher has proven to increase horsepower and top speeds. This is a "must have" item for the high-performance enthusiast or racer!

Micro Touch • Ignition / Rev-Limiter Modules

     Sea•Doo has always been a progressive company. They have brought many innovations to the watercraft industry. In 1996, Sea•Doo introduced their digitally controlled DC-powered ignition system on models built with the 785cc R.A.V.E.® engines. It was a major step forward in technology. Going all-digital permitted greater control and management of the ignition system. In 1999, a throttle position sensor was incorporated into the system. This made it possible to switch between different timing curves depending on engine load and throttle position. Digital electronics also paved the way for innovative user functions, such as starting and stopping the engine with one button and the D.E.S.S.® theft-deterrent security system.
   While others struggle to keep pace with advances in OEM technology, Micro Touch enjoys the challenge. We have developed a line of ignition controllers with capabilities extending far beyond that of an adjustable rev-limiter. The following products represent the latest in digital electronics for your late model Sea•Doo watercraft.

     This Module is our top-of-the-line Ignition Module and it features 4 Adjustable Rev-Limits, 4 Rates of Retard, 8 RACING Timing Curves, 8 Timing Correction Settings, and 2 Solenoid Outputs 1 works best in the headpipe/chamber of the exhaust pipe and the other was designed to work in the stinger or waterbox. The settings are all preset by Micro Touch and any of the above features can be altered by simply installing a new microprocessor.
